How do I save these benches with rotted legs?

You may exist able to cutting off the rotten wood, just your benches will exist shorter! I'm thinking you could replace them with new woods. I would seal the forest with outdoor or marine grade poly. What virtually coating the ends that touch the footing with something similar Flex Seal?

You can definitely supervene upon those legs! Looks like they are just bolted on so it shouldn't be too hard. Take the rotten legs off and cut new ones, and put it all back together. You could take the legs off and use them as a template to cut a new piece of pressure treated wood. (pressure level treated is only for outdoor use.) In one case yous take the new piece of forest cut, simply attach it back on the bench. The bolts and other hardware should be OK, only if information technology isn't, put them in a crock pot set on low. Cover with water and let them go 24 hours. They will come out simply similar new.
Composite woods though more expensive will not rot similar forest. I am non sure if that consideration would be in your budget for replacement.

Looks like just 4 wagon bolts in each leg. Supplant the legs with basis contact treated lumber. And you should even so seal the bottom of each leg.
If the legs are rotted, the other woods is probably not far behind. You can use them equally a pattern for new ones built of pressure treated lumber and you lot tin can also apply the hardware from them.

The legs need replacing for sure, I would use the best i as a pattern for making the new ones. You might want to use pressure treated lumber and put a coating on the bottom of the replacement legs to hold off ground wet induced rot to the forest.
